Marian Conference:  Will be held at the Double Tree Hotel and Convention Center in Modesto, California, on August 22-24, 2003.  There will be several Speakers, including Marija Lunetti and Wayne Weible.  For further information, please check the Bulletin Board outside our Church.

DenysMaria's New Assignment:  After nearly a year of study in California to learn about the history of the missions, while also completing his novitiate, Fra. DenysMaria de Monte Carmelo, OFM, has been assigned to the Franciscan Monastery of the Holy Land of America in Washington, DC.  He will be leaving San Miguel on August 20th, will be professed on the 22nd (Queenship of Mary) and returns to theological study on the 25th.  DenysMaria wishes to thank all the parishioners for their great hospitality, respect and tolerance for the differences we possess, and the values we share in our common Catholic faith.

Perpetual Adoration:   Urgently needed are more volunteers for Perpetual Adoration.  Please call Kate Oddo at 239-3194.

Loaves & Fishes:  August is Canned Tuna Month at Loaves & Fishes, which is a good source of protein.  Please think of Loaves & Fishes when you do your shopping and pick up a couple extra cans of tuna to share with the needy.  Loaves & Fishes, 2650 Spring St., Paso Robles.  Open 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.  805/238-4742.

Bake Sale Today:  August 17th after every Mass for our Building Fund.  Your help, as always, is greatly appreciated! 

Our Annual Fiesta: Mark your calendars for Sunday, September 21st!  Starting with Mass at 11:00 am.  BBQ following Mass.

There are also Raffle Tickets for the Fiesta being sold in the Gift Shop for $1.00 each.  First Prize $500.00--Second Prize $100.00.
