"SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT"--MASS SCHEDULE -MONDAY THRU FRIDAY:
As of this coming Monday, Aug. 23rd, our daily Masses ONLY will be held in Our Lady of Guadalupe Chapel at 7am and 9am, next door to the Parish Offices.
Bingo:   Next Bingo is scheduled Friday 8/27 at the Senior Center in San Miguel starting at 6:00 pm. Dinner starts being served at 5:00 pm. 50 cent Bingo cards!!  Enchilada Casserole--$5.00. We really want everyone to  come join the fun!!  All proceeds are for our Parish Hall Building Fund.
Healing Mass:  At St. Rose Church, Sunday, Aug.29th at 7pm with Fr. Ray Roh from the Monastery of the Risen Christ, SLO.  Come and experience God. All are welcome!
Religious Education Registration:  Will start next week.  Classes begin Oct. 3rd. Please fill out a form inserted in this bulletin for each child and drop in the collection basket.  If you have any questions, Gaylo Elston will be available after the 7 am and 11 am Masses starting next week.

Golf Fundraiser Tee Sponsors Needed:
A group of Paso Robles VIPs is sponsoring a September 4th Golf Fundraiser at Paso Robles Golf Club on Country Club Dr., off of Niblick. They predict this event should raise at least $35,000.00 for the Mission San Miguel Preservation Fund.  We need your help to find "Tee Sponsors" to insure a successful Golf Tournament.  For $200 (tax deductible), a Tee Sponsor gets a professionally made sign placed at the sponsored tee, their name in the Tournament Booklet, recognition and thanks by all.   Please Help Us! --Tell your friends and employers

Loaves & Fishes: 
August is canned tuna month, which provides a good source of protein.  Please think how you can share with the needy when you do your shopping and pick up a couple of extra cans of tuna.  Loaves & Fishes, 2650 Spring St. in Paso Robles. 238-4742

Cook Book:  The Busy Bees are getting the cook book ready and hopefully available very soon.  If you are interested in placing an ad or message in the cook book, please call the Parish Office for details.  All proceeds for our Parish Hall Building Fund.

August 28th (Saturday) Concert in Chapel Hill, Shandon.  "One Enchanted Evening at Chapel Hill" --Director John Warren.  Music from Classical to show tunes.  Featuring guest artists and members of the New World Baroque Orchestra.  Tickets $20.00 --includes pre-show hor d'oeuvre appetizers, wine and other beverages.  7:00 pm pre-show social hour.  8:00 pm Concert.  For information call the Parish Office (805) 467-2131 or 239-3022.  Tickets available at Mission San Miguel Gift Shop.

Sept. 4th-- (Saturday)  Golf Tournament.
Sept.11th--(Saturday) "Mexican Food" - Church Yard of Our Lady of Ransom in San Ardo. Organized by Our Lady of Ransom Parishioners.  Meal $6.00; choice of tamales, corundas or sopes.
Sept.18th--(Saturday)Tish Hinojosa Concert at St. Rose Parish Hall. Tickets -$25 & $35.  Reception with Tish 5:30 to 6:30 pm $65, includes concert.   
Sept.19th--(Sunday)  Mission Fiesta BBQ.
October 24th-- (Sunday)--Paella Dinner. (Spanish dish--rice and all kinds of seafood), salad  and bread at Mission San Miguel picnic grounds.  Sponsored by "Casa de Espaņa" from Whittier, CA.  Meal $12.00 and tapa $5.00
October--Rummage sale at the Mission.
November--5th,6th & 7th (Fri.,Sat.&Sun.)Annual Busy Bees Arts & Crafts Faire.
